Our datacentre experienced a power event and forced servers Two and Three to restart. On startup, the databases required emergency integrity checks to be run. It was some time before these were completed and service was restored and stabilized. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Server One suffered a network outage from 20:35 UTC to 3:00 UTC. We are investigating. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Today we transferred Server Six to new hardware in order to boost performance and reduce latency. During this transition there was a short period of downtime on this server and on Server One due to related updates.

We have now resolved the stability issues on Server Six and improved responsiveness for customers on that server.

There was an outage on Server Six from about 10am to 11am UTC due to a hardware issue. Thereafter additional maintenance was needed to ensure database consistency. Service was fully restored by 11:30 UTC. We thank you for your patience during this time.

There was an outage at one of our datacentres this morning which made Cboxes on servers 2 and 3 inaccessible for a period of about an hour. Once access was restored, we had to perform emergency maintenance on the databases due to the nature of the outage. Service has been fully restored as of 12:00 UTC. We regret the inconvenience caused.
